Markdown Notes is a personal notebook for writing and organizing your thoughts in markdown format. Write notes with live preview rendering as you type, tag each note for easy organization, and search across all your notes instantly. All notes are saved per user and persist across sessions. Perfect for quick thoughts, documentation, code snippets, or structured journaling.
How to use
- Create a new noteClick the create button to start a new note. Enter a title and begin writing in markdown format.
- Write in markdownUse markdown syntax for formatting: **bold**, *italic*, # headings, - lists, and code blocks with backticks.
- View live previewSee your formatted markdown rendered in real-time as you type on the preview panel.
- Add tags to organizeAssign one or more tags to each note to categorize and group related content together.
- Filter by tagClick on a tag to view all notes with that tag, making it easy to find related notes.
- Search your notesUse the search box to find notes by title or content across your entire notebook instantly.
- Edit existing notesOpen any note to edit its title, content, or tags. Changes are saved automatically.
- Delete notesRemove notes you no longer need. Deleted notes cannot be recovered.
